MEET THE MEMBERS

Founder
Shaun McLaughlin
A husband, father of three, teacher, and camp director, Shaun was baptized as an adult on New Year’s Eve 2023—a moment that marked a profound turning point in his life. His journey toward Christ began in 2021, driven by a deep desire to find a church home for his growing family. But just days after the birth of their third child, his world was shaken when his wife, Megan, was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer.

In the midst of heartbreak and uncertainty, Shaun found something unexpected: faith. Clinging to hope and the promises of God, he surrendered his life to Christ and never looked back. Since then, he has experienced a peace that defies understanding and a renewed sense of purpose.

Now, Shaun feels called to share his story—not just as a testimony of what God has done in his life, but as a source of encouragement for other men facing their own storms. Through faith, family, and an unwavering hope, he continues to walk this journey, one step at a time.

He believes strength grows when men are given space to speak honestly and are met with experience, respect, and steady guidance.
